Alberta Alpine is the provincial sport governing body for alpine ski racing, providing programs for 4,800+ athletes, coaches, volunteers and officials of the sport throughout the province. Alberta Alpine manages programs from introductory levels to masters including the athletes of the Alberta Ski Team.

Alpine Canada is the national governing body for alpine, para-alpine and ski-- cross racing in Canada. With the support of valued government and corporate partners, Alpine Canada develops Olympic, Paralympic, world championship and World Cup and World Championship medalists to stimulate visibility, inspiration and growth in the Canadian ski community.

Banff Alpine Racers Ski Club offers a competitive ski program for kids and teens. Employing high-calibre coaches, the club fosters a passion for skiing and develops skiers for life.

 

Banff Lodging Company is an employee-owned company with nine hotels in Banff, including the new Moose Hotel & Suites. The company also owns and operates seven restaurants, two spas and Ultimate Sports and Lux Cinema, all located in beautiful Banff, Alberta.

The oldest ski resort in the Canadian Rockies, Mount Norquay is the closest mountain to Banff and offers a wide variety of terrain, activities and ticket options for skiers and boarders.

 

Peter Wyse, a Sobey Art Award nominee, works from his home studio in Clayburn, B.C. He has had successful solo and group exhibitions in B.C., Alberta and Washington state, and his work is featured in private collections throughout the world.
